Refund policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (i.e., the date listed on your receipt). Products cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, please include all original packing materials, manuals, complimentary gifts, and accessories with the product.

You can always contact us for any return question at support@tredyhome.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will also inspect the item and notify you if your request to return or exchange the item was ultimately approved or denied. This assessment will be done in Tredyhome’s sole discretion based on the condition in which the item was received and any other terms of Tredyhome’s policies. If everything checks out, we will send out your expected exchange of goods or refund within 1-3 business days. Please note: You will receive the refund in the original form of payment in approximately 5-7 business days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you need to return or exchange for personal reasons(e.g.,subjective willing, human damaged, incorrect address input) ,you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and restocking fees (15% of item original price) in Tredyhome’s sole discretion based on the nature and condition of the product being returned or exchanged, as well as any other terms of Tredyhome policies.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
